LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Archytas Ventures, LLC (“Archytas”), one of the leading private investment holding companies providing strategic debt and equity capital to legal cannabis operators, has revealed its investment into Halo Labs, a premier cannabis oil processor that uses the finest cannabis to produce the best-selling concentrates in the industry.
Archytas is providing financing to accelerate a multi-state expansion beginning with Nevada and California. Halo Labs is on track to produce over 1,000,000 grams of award winning cannabis oil and concentrates with the best cannabinoid, flavonoid and terpene profiles. Market demand for its products continue to grow among retailers and distributors.
Halo Labs is one of the country’s top producers of concentrates, shipping over 100,000 grams monthly in Oregon alone. “We are excited to be able to supply our products to the California, Nevada and Canadian markets,” says CEO of Halo Labs, Kiran Sidhu. “We produce the finest concentrates in the market, that starts with our own pesticide free cultivation of over 30 strains, and generates extremely high-quality oils. We will be distributing in these new markets in early 2018.”
“Halo Labs and its brands have a high market penetration in Oregon with strong demand for its top-quality concentrates,” says David Kivitz, Co-Founder and Partner of Archytas. “With so many barriers to entry we are thrilled that Halo Labs has been awarded licenses in two of the most challenging states in the country. This further illustrates the success of their best-in-class practices and operators.”
Prized by both medical and recreational users, the cannabis concentrates segment is an area of exponential growth in the marijuana industry. Concentrates are valuable as an alternative method to traditional smoking.
