CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bell Leadership Institute, a recognized leader in leadership training and executive development with headquarters in Chapel Hill, NC, is pleased to announce a new partnership with The Hill Center of Durham, NC. The Hill Center has been empowering students with learning differences to become confident, independent learners for 40 years.
For nearly a decade, Bell Leadership has supported its local education community by building the personal and professional skills of administrators in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools, and looks forward to building a similar partnership with The Hill Center. The leadership team from The Hill Center has already graduated from the cornerstone AchieversTM program. In addition to expanding the location of this popular open-enrollment program outside of the company’s base, Bell Leadership created a blended learning experience for participants through live follow-up sessions. Bell Leadership is responding to the need to provide practical and sustained guidance to its clients as they engage in the lifelong pursuit of building themselves, the leadership culture of their companies, and the success of their communities.
Based on individual goals and feedback from the 360-degree Bell Personality Profile assessment, The Hill Center’s team will take their next steps through Bell Leadership Mastery SeriesTM, a comprehensive suite of proven training solutions grounded in over 50 years of research and experience. Programs include: Great Leaders, Advanced Communication, Advanced Time Management & Personal Productivity, The Leader’s Job, Change Leadership, Selecting Achievers, Advanced Teamwork, and Money, Families & Children. Starting this fall, other staff members and select faculty from The Hill Center will participate in Achievers, giving the team a shared language of professional development that will allow them to create a culture of Achieving Forward for the entire organization.
