The firm is led by Douglas John, formerly a Managing Director at UBS Private Wealth Management, where he advised on approximately $1 billion of client assets, and Bryn Basiardanes Talkington, a Regional Director at UBS Asset Management. Both had been employees of their former firm for more than 14 years. Requisite Capital has offices in Dallas and Houston.
