EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TechStyle Fashion Group, the leading on-line global fashion membership company, has announced the appointment of Traci Inglis to General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of TechStyle’s Fast Fashion division, which includes popular brands JustFab and ShoeDazzle.
As GM & CMO, Traci will oversee all business operations for the two fast-growing brands, including design, production, distribution, sales, membership services and marketing.
Traci joined TechStyle in 2013 and has served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, most recently as CMO of JustFab and ShoeDazzle. As CMO, Inglis executed a data-driven marketing strategy that enhanced the customer experience while driving an increase in membership and sales. During her involvement with the brands customer satisfaction rose to an NPS score of 51 with double digit growth each year over the past several years. In 2016 alone, TechStyle’s Fast Fashion division shipped over 11 million items.
Under Traci’s leadership, JustFab’s influence in fashion grew significantly, as the brand became a go-to source of style inspiration across channels for its millions of customers around the world. She instituted an editorial-based merchandising strategy that resulted in customers citing JustFab as their number one fashion inspiration over such sources as Pinterest and Instagram.
Traci’s focus on listening to consumers via data science and direct communication with members enabled JustFab’s recent launches of plus size clothing, wide width shoes and a line of lower price-point apparel.
“Traci’s ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive measurable results for our Fast Fashion brands has exceeded our expectations since she joined the company,” said Adam Goldenberg, co-founder and co-CEO of TechStyle. “At TechStyle, we see ourselves as a technology and media company as much as a fashion company. It is very much the key to our success. Traci has proven to be the rare fashion executive than can not only bridge those disciplines but execute across them at an extremely high level.”
To her role as GM and CMO Inglis brings more than 15 years of experience growing brands, customers and sales. Moreover she has developed valuable customer insights for brands and retail organizations including Limited Brands, Hot Topic and Westfield. Earlier in her career, Inglis held management positions at retail consulting firm Alliance Data where she contributed to direct marketing campaigns for leading brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Express and Abercrombie & Fitch. Inglis received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing and Fashion Merchandising at the Ohio State University.
