In addition, Ra has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,057,385 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount. Ra’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "RARX" on October 26, 2016.
