LOS ANGELES--()--Oak View Group (OVG) today announced the charter members of its Arena Alliance, becoming the industry’s first to create a membership alliance of world-class venues.

“We are honored to be working with such an auspicious group of charter members. Our members include some of the most recognizable names in sports and entertainment. The Alliance was created in order to maximize their assets and resources on a national scale,” said Tim Leiweke.

"The Alliance will create a transparency for artists, promoters and other content creators to collaborate and elevate the fan experience, while generating more profitability for artists, buildings and promoters," added Irving Azoff.

With over 65-million customers annually in the Arena Alliance, OVG and the Alliance members have established a North American footprint that reaches a highly-engaged audience in major markets to help new brands to this space engage and become more relevant in sports and entertainment conveniently. OVG will work closely with each of its members to capitalize on that footprint to create new revenue opportunities and operating efficiencies for its members.

“As individual independent major-market arenas, we all bring something special and unique to the table,” said Michael Reinsdorf, Chicago Bulls President and COO. “But together we will be able to elevate our business and the overall experience for our fans.”
