The acquisition strengthens Weld North’s position as a leading operator of education businesses that produce superior results for students, teachers and investors. Edgenuity will now provide the most powerful and comprehensive suite of K-12 products and services to help schools meet their academic goals and improve student outcomes. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The acquisition will provide Edgenuity with a powerful and comprehensive K-12 product line, enabling the company to more effectively meet the growing demand for personalized, targeted learning at all grade levels.
