CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mosaic, a leading North American marketing agency and an Acosta company, announced today that it has acquired Contend, a privately owned, data-driven premium content company based in Los Angeles.
Contend’s suite of services further diversifies and strengthens Mosaic’s current offering, providing clients with access to proprietary data, world-class creative, full-service production and omni-channel distribution.

This new venture presents Contend with access to an expanded suite of proprietary shopper data services, increased creative and execution capabilities including experiential and retail marketing, sales and merchandising, package design, branding, digital marketing, media distribution and social amplification.
