PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lee & Associates, which in the last five years has been in intense expansion mode outside of California, has seized on an opportunity to open an office in Pasadena.

Principal Christopher Larimore, a senior vice president and shareholder in the Industry office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the nation, will lead the Pasadena office, which is located at 155 N. Lake Avenue, Pasadena.
Larimore, who has been with Lee & Associates since 2002 and who founded The Office Market Group San Gabriel Valley, specializes in sales and leasing of office, medical and neighborhood retail properties in the San Gabriel Valley and Greater Los Angeles.
