CHRISTMAS DAY MENUS
Cedars Restaurant Bar & Lounge
Decadence will be
plentiful at Cedars Restaurant Bar & Lounge this Christmas with a
three-course menu that will satisfy any taste. Following a robust Baby
Spinach Salad that includes candied walnuts and Honey Cranberry Herb
Vinaigrette, guests can choose from a perfectly braised Filet Mignon,
Half Colorado Lamb Rack or a Baked Stuffed Sole with Citrus Beurre Blanc
with Parmesan & Chive Risotto. Culminating this feast will be a
Chocolate Chambord Cake with Crème Fraiche Ice Cream and Raspberry Gel.
Cedars Dining Room will offer this sumptuous Christmas Day dinner from
5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Paragon Restaurant
A holiday favorite for guests seeking the
best gastronomic fare available, Paragon will once again present a $65
prix fixe Christmas dinner that will feature a world-class, three-course
dinner with starter choices including a seasonal Bourbon Scented
Butternut Squash Soup, choice of entrée highlighted by Christmas Goose,
Porcelet or Burgundy Lamb Shank, and a French-inspired Buchette Marron
for dessert. Paragon will serve from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Christmas
Day.
Al Dente
Foxwoods’ fine Italian restaurant offers another
exceptional alternative to traditional Christmas fare by offering
Antipasti including Grilled Flatbread with Lobster, Fresh Herb Ricotta
and Tomato Chive Tritatta or Sicilian Rice Balls with Prosciutto, Sweet
Peas and Mozzarella, and a main course of an 11 oz. Veal Rib Chop,
Asparagus, Truffle Risotto and Barolo Sauce. Al Dente will be open on
Christmas Day from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Veranda Café
For a traditional yet price-conscious Christmas
Day dining option, Veranda Café will serve a customary Baked Christmas
Ham with Pineapple Glaze, Candied Yams and Fresh Vegetables. Veranda
Café guests can satisfy their sweet tooth with Apple Cranberry Bread
Pudding complete with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce. Veranda

house. For a casual quick bite, Cedars Bar & Lounge will have many
popular items available from Buffalo Wings and a full raw bar to

Lounge will also offer a selection of entrees including Prime Rib and
