Martini Media will run as a separate division of Evolve, allowing it to operate as it does today but with the addition of greater resources, technology and assets.
Evolve Media offers premium and engaging content to its readers across a vast portfolio of owned and operated lifestyle websites, while partnering with brands to provide a broad suite of content-led solutions which allow it to execute custom native and ad-served content-driven marketing programs at scale. To date Evolve has focused on publishing and marketing to millennial men through its CraveOnline division and to women and their families through its TotallyHer division. The acquisition of Martini allows Evolve to expand into an entirely new content and audience vertical, partnering with luxury brands to better market globally to affluent consumers online.
Evolve will be welcoming aboard all of Martini’s employees, integrating Martini’s United States and United Kingdom offices and operations with Evolve’s existing offices in San Francisco, Detroit, Chicago, New York and London. Martini’s senior management team and staff will continue to report to Chief Executive Officer Erik Pavelka.
