This encompasses four stunning Lake Tahoe resorts, including Ridge Tahoe, Ridge View, Ridge Crest and Ridge Pointe (collectively, “Ridge Resorts”), as well as future properties. As part of the agreement, Interval will also provide a comprehensive package of upgraded benefits and services, including Interval Gold® and Interval Platinum® membership offerings.

Launched seven years ago, the Resorts West Vacation Club is a points-based club that offers all of the luxuries of ownership with greatly expanded flexibility. Club owners can choose from any of the four resorts, their preferred time of the year, the size of accommodations, the number of nights and the day of the week for check-in.
Nestled on a Sierra Nevada ridge above Lake Tahoe, the four properties are adjacent to the Heavenly Ski Resort, overlooking the breathtaking Carson Valley. Guests can enjoy a wide array of activities, including downhill and cross-country skiing, guided nature walks, rock climbing, waterskiing, boating, fishing, on-site movie theatre, golf, and hiking. In addition, guests have full access to the 6,000 square foot Ridge Club facility. It includes an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, deli, dining facilities, two racquetball courts, outdoor tennis court, business center, billiards room, ping pong table, kid’s video arcade and the Ridge Club Marketplace for groceries and assorted items.
Ridge Tahoe, the flagship property, offers year-round accommodations with panoramic views, luxurious accommodations and ski in/ski out access to the Stagecoach Lodge. Each one- and two-bedroom unit has a fireplace and well-equipped kitchen. Health club, full-service spa, indoor sports complex, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 10 spa tubs, tennis courts, restaurant, deli, market, and ski and board shop are all on-site.
Ridge View is situated at 7,300 feet (2,225 meters), between Heavenly’s Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges. It offers a rooftop spa and accommodations with spectacular views of Lake Tahoe. One-bedroom units range from 675 - 900 square feet and are luxuriously appointed, with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, two televisions, and a DVD/VCR. On-site amenities include a game room, sauna and roof-top patio with barbecue.
Ridge Crest guests can enjoy an onsite game room, barbecue, sauna, and spa while delighting in scenic surroundings. One-bedroom condominium suites feature a king-size bed, luxury bathroom, living room with queen sleeper sofa, fireplace and kitchen. Each unit is approximately 650 square feet.
Ridge Pointe offers one- and two-bedroom units, ranging from 650 - 1,000 square feet. Units come with fully equipped kitchens, ski storage, and washer and dryers. All of the two-bedroom units feature a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub.
