Revived after Hurricane Odile, Sirena del Mar welcomes guests to an oceanfront paradise, complete with a new flagship culinary destination, Estrella Restaurante.
The newly reimagined Sirena del Mar features a redesigned pool deck and enhanced outdoor communal spaces designed to seamlessly blend modern comforts with the natural beauty of the Cabo San Lucas peninsula. La Palapa, a swim-up bar in the main infinity pool, serves local libations with the sparkling Sea of Cortez as their backdrop, while the outdoor Inspirado Palapa features chef-led cooking classes. For guests looking to spend a few hours away from the sun, the indoor Centro de Inspiración offers games and activities for the whole family, alongside the resort’s newly enlarged fitness center featuring the latest in high-tech exercise equipment.
Estrella Restaurante, helmed by Executive Chef Abraham Tamez, offers striking décor, signature menu offerings and an innovative beverage program. Traditional Talavera tiles and carefully crafted pieces from local artisans complement distinguished interior architecture. Key focal points include a Spanish-style fountain that serves as a centerpiece and a glowing chandelier with vibrantly colored star-shaped glass ornaments, which were designed to weave the restaurant’s namesake Estrella (Spanish for star) into the decor.
The restaurant features an expansive bar area with communal and private seating, open kitchen, wood-fired oven, large dining room with seating for 180 and a private dining space that can accommodate groups of up to 12. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7:30am to 10:30pm.
