PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Matrix Absence Management, Inc., (Matrix), a leader in helping employers proactively manage employee absence, productivity and related payments, has relocated its flagship Phoenix service hub to 2421 W. Peoria Avenue, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85029. With the move, the Phoenix location replaces San Jose, California, as the company’s corporate headquarters.
Matrix integrates workers’ compensation, short and long term disability, return-to-work services, and personal/family and medical leave (FMLA) programs to help employers realize time, efficiency and productivity gains. Matrix is also the administrator and claims processing platform for large case integrated disability clients of sister company Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company.
Located about two miles from the legacy location, the new 65,000 square foot Class A facility features expanded conference and training room facilities, a number of convenient “huddle” rooms for small and impromptu meetings and, most importantly, room for continued growth. Approximately 400 Matrix employees have relocated to the new office. In addition, a number of staff and functional departments from the former corporate headquarters in San Jose have been consolidated in the new facility.
