Frontage Rd., Ste. 150 in Tampa, Fla. as of January 22. The Company’s previous headquarters were located in Richmond, Va., where it will retain a satellite office, in addition to a second satellite office in Jupiter Fla.
Landmark Apartment Trust, which has been actively acquiring apartment communities throughout the Sunbelt, has continued to successfully execute its growth strategy, resulting in the need to add staff and expand its office space.
