The building is a 133,312 square foot, five story glass façade office building with an adjacent parking garage and two parking areas to accommodate both reserved and unreserved parking spaces. The property was constructed in 1982 and was formerly known as the Rault Office Building. It is located on Veterans Blvd near Williams Blvd, just one mile from the New Orleans Airport.
The property is currently 80% leased with approximately 25,000 square feet available for lease. Kingfish Development II, L.L.C. plans to renovate all of the common areas in 2014 as well as upgrade the available space with new carpet, paint, lighting and ceiling grids. Upgrades to tenant’s spaces will also be scheduled in 2014.
