FALLS CHURCH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Noblis, Inc., a leading provider of science, technology, and strategy services is proud to have been selected as prime contractor for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract. Under this contract, which has a ceiling value of $236M over five years, Noblis will provide DHS S&T with services in systems engineering, concept development, test and evaluation, life cycle management, integrated logistics support and training, and emergency and incident response services, as well as other disciplines.
