The company also announced an AppRatings feature that enables users to provide feedback on apps. Both products work with the company’s EASE mobile application management platform.
With these two new features, Apperian gives businesses the opportunity to improve the usability and adoption of mobile apps, as well as inspire the development of new apps.
Apperian Crowdsourcing creates a path for app developers and users to propose improvements to existing apps or ideas for new apps. By making the process fun and easy, employees are encouraged to proactively get involved, significantly improving the adoption of new and existing applications.
Apperian Crowdsourcing employs gamification techniques to increase engagement. For example, a company might create badges that would reward employees who propose the best change to an existing app or the best idea for a new application.
