Mintz Levin Appoints Adam Sisitsky Chair of Israel Business Practice Group

BOSTON--()--Adam L. Sisitsky, a member in the Litigation Section of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., has been named chair of the firm's Israel Business Practice Group (IBP). Susan W. Berson, managing member of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, previously chaired the practice. She will continue to be involved in IBP as will Kenneth J. Novack, Senior Counsel for the firm, who will continue to act in an advisory role as he has done for several years.

Mintz Levin has been focused on the Israel-related business market since 2001. The firm launched its dedicated IBP in 2006 and established a liaison office in Tel Aviv in 2009. Mintz Levin currently advises more than 100 clients who have ties to Israel, including Israeli companies operating in the US and domestic companies with Israel-related transactions. Mintz Levin serves a diverse variety of clients in its IBP Group - ranging from startups to publicly traded companies – in a broad spectrum of matters, including general corporate work, IP, high-tech, clean-tech, litigation, employment, immigration and regulatory matters.

Mr. Sisitsky’s practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, with an emphasis on securities-related issues, and includes significant federal and state court trial experience. Adam represents corporations, officers, directors, accountants, and other individuals in SEC investigations and enforcement proceedings, as well as in civil litigation.
