MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brink Global Solutions, LLC, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and euroscript International, S.A., Bertrange, Luxembourg, officially announced the formation of BGS euroscript Inc., a joint venture company based in Minneapolis. This new entity is the first foray into the United States market for euroscript, which has offices in 15 other countries and is one of the 10 largest language service providers (LSP) worldwide.
The Brink Global Solutions founders, Jeff Brink and Greg Brink, bring to the organization a long history of excellence in the U.S. language services industry. For more than 20 years, the Brinks have been prominent in the U.S. market, widely recognized for their success, leadership and innovation.
“Greg and I determined the ideal approach for our new company was to partner with a large, quality-focused, technology-driven LSP based in Europe – one that wasn’t established in the U.S., yet was interested in addressing the large U.S. market,” said Jeff Brink, President of BGS euroscript. “euroscript is the perfect partner for us. Its reputation, resources and global footprint enable us to immediately leverage our extensive industry knowledge, relationships and technology expertise.”
“BGS euroscript has complete access to all of euroscript’s outstanding services,” continued Greg Brink, BGS euroscript Senior VP of sales. “Through euroscript’s existing infrastructure and robust technology platform, as well as its expansive services around the world, we at BGS euroscript will bring clients an extremely impressive offering.”

“We have been assessing various market entry-point opportunities in the U.S. for some time,” said Mark Evenepoel, CEO of euroscript International. “The U.S. market offers significant potential for our services. Partnering with the Brinks, who are well known and highly respected in the LSP business, we will be able to quickly establish a U.S. market presence. BGS euroscript will be positioned to provide the most comprehensive integrated multilingual content management solutions in the industry.”
According to Common Sense Advisory Inc., the global language services market is estimated to be approximately $26 billion, with the North American market comprising about 48 percent, or $13 billion. By 2013, these markets are projected to grow to $38 billion and $18 billion, respectively. BGS euroscript is confident this new relationship strongly positions it to capture a significant portion of the growing U.S. language services market.
The founders of BGS (Brink Global Solutions, LLC), Greg Brink and Jeff Brink, have been innovators in the U.S. language services industry for more than 20 years. They successfully launched and developed a prominent U.S.-based language services company, supporting Fortune 500 clients around the world. The Brinks sold the company to Merrill Corporation in 2005, and were directly involved in helping Merrill Brink International become one of the top 20 language services companies in the world.
