Mad Engine Global Appoints Kyle Carroll as SVP of Sourcing and Import Production and Sonia Mendez as VP of Import Production

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mad Engine Global today announced the appointments of Kyle Carroll as Senior Vice President of Sourcing and Import Production and Sonia Mendez as Vice President of Import Production (Club & Private Label), reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a best-in-class global supply chain and scalable operating platform to support continued growth.

Carroll rejoins Mad Engine after four years, having played a key role in the company’s early growth. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in global sourcing, production strategy, and operational leadership. His return comes at a pivotal time as the business continues to scale and expand into new channels and product categories.

Mendez joins Mad Engine with over 20 years of experience in global sourcing, production, and operational leadership. Her appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in its rapidly growing Club and Private Label business, including the creation of a dedicated division focused on development, sourcing, and production for these channels.

“Kyle’s return to Mad Engine, along with the addition of Sonia, reflects our commitment to building a best-in-class supply chain to support the scale and complexity of our business,” said Dominic Farrell, Chief Executive Officer of Mad Engine Global. “As we continue to diversify across channels, product categories, and our licensed, branded, and private label businesses, strengthening our sourcing and production capabilities is critical.”

In his new role, Carroll will oversee all international sourcing and import production for the core business, partnering with Mad Engine’s teams across the Americas and Asia, as well as its global factory partners, to drive efficiency, scalability, and execution.

Mendez will lead import production for Mad Engine’s Club and Private Label businesses, overseeing development, sourcing, and production as the company continues to expand in these high-growth channels and build additional scale in the division.

“Over the last several years, I’ve watched proudly from afar as Mad Engine has accelerated its growth and solidified its position as the leader in licensed apparel,” said Carroll. “Along with its best-in-class design, sales teams and deep retail and licensor partnerships, it’s the company’s forward-looking vision—including its investment in strengthening and diversifying the supply chain—that made this the right time for me to return and be part of its continued momentum.”

“I’m excited to join Mad Engine at such a dynamic time for the business,” said Mendez. “The company’s growth in Private Label and Club channels, combined with its commitment to operational excellence, creates a strong foundation for continued growth. I look forward to working with the team and our global partners to build and scale this platform.”

Mad Engine has made several recent strategic hires across sourcing, product development, sales, and operations to support its continued expansion and evolving customer base. This investment underscores the company’s commitment to talent and infrastructure.

Together, these leadership additions position Mad Engine to scale operations, enhance its supply chain, and support sustained global growth.
