Corvias defense leader to join national discussion on innovative partnerships, resident experience, and the future of military communities

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corvias, a trusted infrastructure and resiliency partner to the U.S. military and higher education institutions, today announced that Denise Hauck, President of its Department of War (DOW) Division, will speak at ADC50, the Association of Defense Communities’ 50th anniversary celebration and Defense Communities National Summit, taking place May 11–13, 2026, in Washington, D.C.

ADC50 will convene more than 1,500 leaders from the DOW, Congress, military installations, industry, and communities to explore the future of defense communities.

Advancing Quality of Life

Hauck will join a “Building Great Places for Military Families to Call Home” panel session on Tue., May 12, together with Adam Dontz, Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Housing, and Bill French, CEO of the Armed Services YMCA. They will examine the evolving needs of military families and how government, community, and strong private-sector partnerships can advance innovations across housing, infrastructure, and resident well-being.

“As ADC celebrates 50 years of supporting defense communities, this conversation is a critical opportunity to focus on how strategic partnerships can improve quality of life for military families at scale,” said Hauck. “Meeting the evolving expectations of residents requires long-term investment, listening to service members, and sustained innovation that moves the needle in their daily experiences.”

Aligning to DOW Priorities

Hauck will share insights from Corvias’ experience delivering innovative, industry-first military housing solutions, in addition to the growing importance of resident experience, indoor environmental quality, and long-term infrastructure stewardship. She will also discuss how evolving resident needs align to DOW priorities around readiness, accountability, and military housing performance.

In partnership with the U.S. Army and leading private sector partners, Corvias is advancing hundreds of millions of dollars in portfolio-wide housing, infrastructure, energy, and wellness improvements to modernize communities, strengthen resilience, and enhance quality of life for service members and their families.
