All Four Fears Law Partners Earn Repeat Honors from Super Lawyers

Attorneys recognized on 2026 lists of top attorneys for plaintiff personal injury, business law work

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--All four partners at Texas-based Fears Law have again been recognized among the top attorneys in the state with their selection to the 2026 Texas Super Lawyers and Texas Rising Stars legal guides.

Firm founder Bryan Fears earned a fourth consecutive selection to the Texas Super Lawyers list, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in the state. Mr. Fears, whose firm is known for its compassionate advocacy, was honored based on his exceptional representation of plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

The firm’s three other partners were selected to the Texas Rising Stars guide. Recognizing the top 2.5% of the state’s young attorneys, the guide highlights attorneys under age 40 or in their first decade of practice.

  • Brice Burris was recognized for his success in plaintiff personal injury cases involving motor vehicle and workplace accidents, marking his fourth consecutive year on the list.
  • Avani Javia was honored for a second year for her outstanding work in business and corporate law, guiding business owners and investors from entity formation and corporate governance to sophisticated contract negotiations and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Jeremy Ayer was recognized in plaintiff personal injury law for a second time based upon his work representing individuals and families in personal injury cases.

“This continued recognition of our team is extremely gratifying and reinforces our commitment to our clients’ well-being,” said Mr. Fears. “We are dedicated to becoming their trusted legal partners in both business and personal matters.”

In addition to Super Lawyers, Fears Law partners have also received 2026 recognition from The Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon and D Magazine.

In selecting honorees, Super Lawyers uses a patented, multiphase process that combines peer nominations and evaluations with independent research of professional accomplishments. The complete list of 2026 Texas Super Lawyers can be viewed here.
