KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Sunrun Prometheus Issuer 2026-1, LLC

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to three classes of notes issued by Sunrun Prometheus Issuer 2026-1, LLC. The transaction is collateralized by a diversified pool of 38,706 leases and power purchase agreements (PPAs) associated with residential solar photovoltaic installations (PV Systems). The total Aggregate Discounted Solar Asset Balance (ADSAB) based on a discount rate of 7.5%, consisting of the discounted payments of the leases and PPAs is approximately $844.4 million.

The three largest geographic concentrations include California, Puerto Rico, and Massachusetts, which together represent approximately 58.2% of the number of Systems and approximately 69.1% of the ADSAB. The portfolio consists of approximately 79.5% PPA agreements, 20.7% lease agreements, and -0.3% fully prepaid agreements by ADSAB of customer contracts with monthly payments. The weighted average original and remaining tenor of the PPAs and leases is 287 months and 261 months, respectively. The weighted average FICO of the underlying customers of the Systems is 744.
