Travelers Publishes Annual Community Report, Detailing $24 Million in 2025 Charitable Contributions

Report highlights the company’s giving priorities and more than 125,000 hours of employee volunteer efforts

HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRV) today published its 2025 community report, “Connecting with Our Communities,” detailing charitable contributions of approximately $24 million and more than 125,000 volunteer hours logged by Travelers employees.

“The numbers in this year’s report – paired with inspiring examples of the meaningful ways that we supported our nonprofit partners across the U.S. and Canada – reflect something much bigger than dollars and hours,” said Lisa B. Walker, President and CEO of the Travelers Foundation, and Vice President of Community Relations at Travelers. “They demonstrate our employees’ dedication to strengthening communities and our enduring belief that how we show up for our neighbors is an important measure of who we are as a company.”

Over the past decade, Travelers has invested more than $237 million in efforts focused on improving academic and career success, developing thriving neighborhoods and creating culturally enriched communities. Below are some examples of the initiatives that the company supported in 2025:

Academic and Career Success

Travelers invested $6.3 million in academic and career development organizations, led by its Travelers EDGE® program. Travelers EDGE (Empowering Dreams for Graduation and Employment) goes beyond traditional scholarships, providing students with mentorship, internships and career readiness training, which have helped hundreds of students transition into the workforce.

Developing Thriving Neighborhoods

The company provided $6.1 million to leading partners dedicated to creating and maintaining safe, stable and resilient neighborhoods. Through Travelers Fortifies Communities, Travelers helped SBP build 94 roofs to FORTIFIED™ standards and construct multi-unit buildings in Houston, Texas, and New Orleans, Louisiana.

Creating Culturally Enriched Communities

Travelers dedicated $3 million to arts and cultural organizations, including The Wadsworth in Hartford, Connecticut, and the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts in St. Paul, Minnesota. From supporting local theaters and museums to funding music education programs in underserved schools, these investments ensure that the arts remain accessible to all community members.
