Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP Files Securities Class Action Against Concorde International Group, Ltd. (NASDAQ: CIGL)

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP (“Scott+Scott”), an international securities and consumer rights litigation firm, today announced that it has filed a class action lawsuit against Defendants Concorde International Group, Ltd. (“Concorde International”), Swee Kheng Chua, Sze Yin Ong, Terence Wing Khai Yap, Mark Allen Brisson, Kreit and Chiu CPA, LLP, R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc., and Cogency Global, Inc. (collectively, the “Defendants”). The action, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and captioned Krishnamoorthy v. Concorde International Group, Ltd., et al., Case No. 1:26-cv-02283, asserts claims under §§10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) on behalf of a class consisting of all persons and entities, other than Defendants and their affiliates, who purchased Concorde International Securities (“CIGL”) between April 21, 2025, and July 14, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”), and who were damaged thereby. The lead plaintiff deadline in this action is May 20, 2026.

Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against Concorde International Group, Ltd., alleging that they made false and/or misleading statements and failed to disclose adverse facts about the company’s business.

LEAD PLAINTIFF DEADLINE ON MAY 20, 2026

Concorde International claims to be “an integrated security services providers that combines physical manpower and innovative technology to deliver effective security solutions.” Specifically, the Company claims to have three offerings consisting of “(1) i-Guarding Services; (2) Man-Guarding Services; and (3) Consultancy and Training Services.” 97-99% of Company revenues are purported to derive from “i-Guarding Services” described as “electronic security systems” and mobile patrols which replace the role of a traditional human security guard.

The complaint alleges that Defendants violated provisions of the Securities Act by making materially false and/or misleading statements and failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and the true nature of the trading activity in its securities. The complaint alleges that Defendants were uniquely situated to orchestrate a pump-and-dump scheme on its class A ordinary shares. After Plaintiffs and Class members purchased CIGL, the complaint alleges that Concorde International’s stock became the subject of an illicit social-media-based promotion scheme that artificially inflated its price. These reports detail how impersonators claiming to be legitimate financial advisors touted Concorde International in online forums, chat groups, and through social media posts with sensational but baseless claims to create a buying frenzy among retail investors.
