AGI Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

WINNIPEG, Manitoba--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ag Growth International Inc. (TSX: AFN) (“AGI” or the “Company”) announces that Jim Rudyk has submitted his resignation as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) effective May 8, 2026. Mr. Rudyk has committed to work with AGI to ensure a smooth transition. AGI thanks Mr. Rudyk for his contributions since his appointment as CFO in September 2020 and wishes him well in his future endeavors.

The Company will immediately commence a search for a replacement CFO to be based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Further updates will be provided as appropriate.
