MIAMI & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer’s) – the world’s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol – today announced that it has extended its distribution agreement with Pernod Ricard USA, premium spirits and wine company in the U.S., and the largest subsidiary of Paris, France-based Pernod Ricard SA., the world's second largest spirits and wine company.

With this latest agreement, Southern Glazer’s will expand its footprint with Pernod Ricard USA to include Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, bringing the total number of states where Southern Glazer’s distributes the Pernod Ricard USA portfolio to 37.
