JECT Opens Its Ninth Location in West Palm Beach

Founded in 2019 by board-certified Physician Assistant Gabby Garritano, JECT was born out of a desire to revolutionize the way medical aesthetics are delivered - to be both elevated and accessible, and to deliver a best-in-class patient experience. At JECT, all providers are board-certified physician assistants or nurse practitioners who specialize in cosmetic injectables, ensuring the highest standard of safety and expertise.

After a series of successful Palm Beach pop-ups at The Colony and the Paramount, the brand’s permanent arrival felt like a natural evolution. “After hosting successful Palm Beach pop-ups in the past, it was a natural progression for us to create a permanent home for our Palm Beach patients. The West Palm Beach location is led by Demi Katehis, a board-certified Physician Assistant who received her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Health Sciences at Touro University, where she graduated with Honors. With an extensive background in plastic surgery, Demi uses the latest techniques in aesthetics to deliver balanced, harmonious results through a holistic approach. “I have a minimalist philosophy and focus on subtle enhancements to highlight each patient’s unique features,” shares Katehis.
