EIV Capital Adds Lance Terveen as Partner

Energy-Focused Private Equity Firm Strengthens Its Midstream Infrastructure Expertise

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EIV Capital, LLC announced the addition of Lance Terveen to the firm’s partnership. Mr. Terveen brings more than 20 years of commercial, marketing, and midstream leadership experience spanning the U.S. natural gas, natural gas liquids, and crude oil value chains. At EIV Capital, he will support the firm’s investment evaluation, business development, and commercial diligence, with a primary focus on midstream infrastructure. As a member of the investment team, he will also advise on post‑close value creation, further strengthening the firm’s technical and commercial capabilities.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Mr. Terveen spent the past seventeen years at EOG Resources, Inc. Most recently, Mr. Terveen served as EOG’s Senior Vice President of Marketing & Midstream, where he led enterprise‑wide marketing, midstream strategy, and commercial activities covering crude oil, NGLs, and natural gas. His experience includes key roles in major acquisition assessment, long-term offtake transactions, large‑scale midstream development, and oversight on the execution of capital deployment for strategic greenfield infrastructure projects. His responsibilities at EOG also spanned gathering and processing, long‑haul transportation, marketing and trading, LNG, power, and early carbon capture initiatives.
