CIM Group Completes Coro 168-unit Apartment Community in West Adams Neighborhood of Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CIM Group announced today the completion and opening of Coro, a modern six-story, 168-unit apartment community, with approximately 40,000 square feet of ground floor retail located at 3045 Crenshaw Blvd. in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Coro offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans designed around the concept of indoor/outdoor living to take advantage of Los Angeles’ abundant sunshine and temperate climate such as the inclusion of floor-to-ceiling windows and private patios and balconies. Residences feature contemporary fixtures and finishes including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and in-unit washers and dryers.

The focus on indoor/outdoor living extends to Coro’s numerous common areas and amenities including a landscaped outdoor courtyard with a variety of seating areas, pool deck, barbecue grills, and a recreation deck for communal play with games such as cornhole and ping pong and as well as hammocks for relaxing.

Commencing almost 20 years ago, CIM Group forged a relationship with the Church to bring positive change and new development to a portion of Crenshaw Boulevard, between Jefferson and West Adams Boulevards. Coro includes 17 affordable units, reserved for households earning no more than 30% of the Area Median Income per the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and is located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone.
