HarbourVest Partners Names Carli Doers as Head of Marketing for Global Private Wealth

Appointment Reflects Continued Momentum Across HarbourVest’s Global Private Wealth Platform

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HarbourVest Partners, a global private markets investment firm with more than $146 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2025, today announced the appointment of Carli Doers as Head of Marketing for Global Private Wealth. She will report to Venu Krishnamurthy, Head of Global Private Wealth.

In this newly created role, Doers will lead the global marketing strategy for private wealth, an increasingly important and rapidly growing business for the firm. She will be responsible for advancing digital and data‑driven marketing capabilities, elevating thought leadership and education initiatives, and building integrated campaigns tailored to the needs of wealth managers and their clients—while working closely with the firm’s institutional and corporate marketing teams.

"Private markets are becoming a core part of wealth portfolios, and wealth managers want clearer insights, strong narratives, and a seamless client experience,” said Krishnamurthy. “Carli brings a rare combination of deep wealth‑channel expertise and a modern approach to marketing, helping us better connect our solutions with the needs of advisors and their clients.”

“I’m excited to join HarbourVest at a pivotal time for the Global Private Wealth platform,” said Doers. “There is tremendous opportunity to strengthen how we communicate our value, elevate the client experience, and deliver more integrated engagement for wealth partners around the world.”

Doers joins HarbourVest from Perpetual Group, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer leading global marketing across multiple investment boutiques. She previously held senior marketing roles at Morgan Stanley and PIMCO.
