Trinh has joined the firm as an Associate Tax Attorney.

Mr. Trinh focuses his practice on tax controversy and litigation, representing individuals and businesses in disputes involving the IRS, California Franchise Tax Board (FTB), California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA), and the Employment Development Department (EDD). His experience includes managing audits and examinations, developing administrative protest strategies, preparing briefs and written advocacy in contested matters, and guiding clients through resolution—from initial notice through appeal.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Trinh practiced at a boutique tax law firm handling complex federal and California tax controversy matters and at a Big 4 accounting firm, advising multi-state clients on state and federal tax issues, including audit support and technical analysis.
