Momentum Announces the 2025 GTM AI Awards and 2026 Ones to Watch

Recognizing leaders delivering real results with AI in go-to-market teams

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Momentum, a leader in AI revenue orchestration, today announced the winners of the 2025 Momentum GTM AI Awards and 2026 Ones to Watch. At a time when many teams are still struggling to turn AI investment into real outcomes, these awards recognize go-to-market leaders who are putting AI to work in real, day-to-day execution. The award program highlights both established leaders and emerging operators whose work is delivering meaningful results inside GTM teams.

“The goal was to highlight the ‘innovative doers’ of different organizations, or the ones who are either leading from in front or behind the scenes to get business done in new and innovative ways,” said Santiago Suarez Ordoñez, co-founder and CEO of Momentum. “Most companies say they’re using AI, but very few have redesigned how work actually gets done. The people we’re honoring aren’t experimenting for the sake of it. They’re fixing broken processes, designing systems that connect data to action, and proving that AI only creates value when it’s built into execution.”

Momentum invited its community of more than 20,000 go-to-market professionals to nominate the people who put AI to work when it matters. Several hundred nominations were submitted, and Momentum’s team selected those recognized repeatedly by peers and supported by clear examples of operational impact. This year’s honorees include leaders from globally recognized technology companies such as Uber, Deloitte, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Databricks, Pinterest, Ramp, 1Password, Culture Amp, and monday.com, alongside under-the-radar operators shaping how AI is applied across real-world revenue teams.

AI adoption is accelerating, but many teams still struggle to make it observable in their day-to-day work. This year’s honorees stand apart by turning AI into something teams can see, trust, and rely on through repeatable systems, modernized workflows, and clearer collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer teams.

The Momentum GTM AI Awards reflect what Momentum is seeing across hundreds of seasoned go-to-market teams: that AI creates leverage only when it is designed into how work happens. This year’s honorees span sales, marketing, revenue operations, enablement, and customer teams, representing the operators who align fragmented processes and ship real AI solutions.

“What stands out about these winners isn’t that they adopted AI early. It’s that they made it usable,” said Ashley Wilson, co-founder and COO of Momentum. “They focused on clarity over complexity, built systems their teams actually trust, and raised the standard for how modern GTM teams operate day to day.”

Momentum created this award program to recognize the full spectrum of GTM innovators, from visible leaders setting the pace publicly to builders driving major impact behind the scenes. This year’s honorees share the common thread of turning ideas into action, applying AI in practical ways to improve how teams work, and raising the bar for what modern go-to-market operations can look like. That focus reflects Momentum’s own approach to AI, centered on designing systems that make work observable, operational, and easier for teams to execute every day.

Building on Momentum’s Voice of the Market and AI Maturity Report and the AEIOU Framework, the GTM AI Awards are part of Momentum’s ongoing commitment to making AI execution measurable, practical, and repeatable across revenue teams.
