A seasoned financial executive with deep expertise in the technology and semiconductor sectors, Gan will oversee financial strategy, operations, and governance as the company accelerates its expansion into key markets including physical AI, data center networking, 5G/6G, automotive, and space-based communications.

Poh Sim Gan brings decades of financial leadership experience building scalable financial operations, enhancing organizational efficiency, and guiding long-term strategic investment to support sustained growth. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Finance and Commercial Finance Leader at Optiva Inc. Her background also includes prominent tenures in the high-tech landscape, including serving as CFO at Openwave Mobility and holding key financial roles at Volansi, NetLogic Microsystems, and Marvell Semiconductor. Gan began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she gained extensive experience in global capital markets and transaction services.
