Veteran HR Leader Jill O’Connell Joins Forum as Chief Human Resource Officer

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Forum Investment Group (“Forum”) today announced the appointment of Jill O’Connell as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). O’Connell joins the firm as a seasoned human capital executive with more than 25 years of experience leading HR, talent strategy, and organizational development across financial services and professional industries.

In her role as CHRO, O’Connell will oversee all aspects of Forum’s human capital strategy – including organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and cultural initiatives – supporting the firm’s expansion and long-term vision.

Before joining Forum, O’Connell served as Interim Head of People at Partners Capital Investment Group, where she led North American people operations. Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles at Title Resources Group, RWA Wealth Partners, EF Hutton, Edelman Financial Engines, Cengage, and Fidelity Investments.
