Jumpmind Names New Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Security Officer

Executive leadership team expands as Jumpmind scales operations following recent investment from Lone View Capital

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jumpmind, Inc., a leading provider of innovative retail technology solutions, today announced the appointment of two new executive leadership team members to support its next phase of global growth. Blake Sipek has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, and Eric Zielinski joins as Chief Information Security Officer.

“With Blake and Eric on the team, I’m confident we have the financial and technical leadership to scale effectively as more global retailers look to Jumpmind to modernize their in-store technology stack,” said Jumpmind CEO Joe Corbin. “We’re at a critical time of transformation for the physical store that Jumpmind is well-positioned to lead.”

Jumpmind has experienced significant growth in recent years, with its modern Point of Service (POS) and unified promotions systems now deployed with leading retailers across thousands of stores in North America, Europe and the Middle East. In September, growth-oriented private equity firm Lone View Capital acquired a controlling stake in Jumpmind to further invest in its product roadmap, global expansion and go-to-market capabilities.

Both Sipek and Zielinski bring extensive experience scaling technology companies through periods of transformation. Sipek will guide Jumpmind’s financial strategy as the company continues growth and global expansion. He previously led finance and operations teams across a diverse set of SaaS businesses, where he played pivotal roles in accelerating enterprise revenue growth and maturing operational functions including human resources, legal and finance.

“I’m excited to support Jumpmind’s continued growth through investments that advance our strategic priorities as the company scales globally,” said Sipek.

Zielinski will lead Jumpmind’s security and cloud operations, enabling the company to scale its information systems efficiently and safely, while driving AI-powered innovation and expanding global reach. He has held cybersecurity and technology leadership roles at Nationwide, Veeva Systems and The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC).

“Stores are undergoing the most significant technology shift in decades, and Jumpmind is at the center of this pivot,” said Zielinski. “Retailers are ready to modernize aggressively and I’m excited to help them bring richer experiences, more data and more intelligence into the store, without compromising security, operational resilience or trust.”
