In 2025, four credit unions selected MDT, while 15 existing clients extended or renewed their partnerships, underscoring the CUSO’s continued reliability and service excellence. Institutions such as Adventure Credit Union, Afena Federal Credit Union and Homeland Credit Union deepened their collaboration with MDT to strengthen their digital infrastructure, streamline operations and advance their member experience initiatives.
This year also marked important leadership progress for MDT, with Chris Kowal’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer bringing a renewed operational and strategic focus to the organization. MDT also added Emily Szymczak as Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening its leadership team as the CUSO continues scaling its solutions and support model.
MDT advanced its technology roadmap and strategic guidance for credit unions through several initiatives, including releasing two major white papers focused on unlocking efficiencies and overcoming budgeting pain points. Together, these reports provide insights to help credit unions modernize internal processes, adopt automation and drive organizational productivity
The company also expanded its partner ecosystem through new and enhanced relationships designed to give credit unions access to broader innovation without added complexity.
