Wealthspire Introduces Wealthspire Institutional, One of the Largest Institutional Advisory Platforms in the Country

Newly integrated division strengthens retirement, OCIO, and endowment capabilities across a unified national platform

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wealthspire, a leading wealth management, retirement and endowment advisory, and business management firm, today announced the formation and expansion of Wealthspire Institutional. The newly organized division represents a core pillar of the broader Wealthspire organization, which was launched last month following the integration of Wealthspire Advisors, Fiducient Advisors, Newport Private Wealth, Wealthspire Retirement Advisory, and Ground Control Business Management. Collectively, the organization oversees more than $580 billion in assets under management or advisement.1

Within this framework, the institutional division aims to deliver enhanced scale, deeper research resources, and expanded fiduciary and stewardship support while maintaining the boutique service model its teams are known for. The platform brings together retirement advisory and endowment and foundation consulting, offering both traditional and outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO)/3(38) fiduciary services. These integrated capabilities are designed to address growing client needs around cost efficiency, governance, and long-term asset stewardship—areas where organizations increasingly seek coordinated, research-driven support.

Mike Goss will lead the division while serving in dual roles as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Wealthspire and President of Wealthspire Institutional. As CRO, he unifies the firm’s go-to-market strategy across private wealth, retirement advisory, endowment and foundation consulting, and business management. In his institutional role, he oversees platform development, client experience, and strategic growth. Goss has been central to advancing the firm’s integrated strategy, bringing deep experience in institutional and wealth advisory services.

“Wealthspire Institutional gives our clients the benefit of true scale without sacrificing the personalized and attentive service they expect from us,” said Goss. “I believe our combined talent and resources exponentially strengthen the advice and experience we deliver, positioning us to support organizations of all sizes. It’s an exciting moment for our clients and for our team.”

The division includes approximately 350 professionals serving clients nationwide, allowing Wealthspire Institutional to deliver broad capabilities paired with localized knowledge, enabling advisors to navigate region-specific market dynamics, regulatory environments, and community needs.

Looking ahead, the firm is also seeking partnerships with like-minded RIAs that share its investment philosophy, client-first culture, and long-term vision. These partnerships, alongside ongoing acquisition activity, remain core to Wealthspire’s strategy to expand its institutional reach and enhance capabilities across both the private wealth and institutional businesses.

The Fiducient Advisors brand will sunset in 2026, marking an important step in Wealthspire’s evolution toward a unified brand experience across all segments.
