Designed for small business owners, freelancers, and home users, and based on the same premium performance as the recently announced flagship ScanSnap iX2500 and successor to ScanSnap iX1400, the new ScanSnap iX2400 delivers the fastest scanning speed in its class* along with simplified operation, reliability, and performance—all at an affordable price.

Equipped with PFU’s next-generation system-on-a-chip (SoC) “iiGA,” ScanSnap iX2400 achieves high-speed, double-sided color scanning at up to 45 pages per minute and can load up to 100 A4 sheets at once, putting it on par with enterprise-grade document scanner performance. With advanced paper handling technology, including ultrasonic multi-feed detection, a precision brake roller, and automatic skew detection, ScanSnap iX2400 ensures smooth paper feeding while protecting important documents from damage.

With a one-button design and USB connectivity, the ScanSnap iX2400 makes scanning contracts, receipts, photos, and other materials simple and stress-free. Users can easily and instantly manage files with PFU’s ScanSnap Home software—a comprehensive document management software designed specifically for ScanSnap scanners that can accommodate any scanning environment. ScanSnap Home provides intuitive editing, organizing, and direct integration with leading cloud services such as Microsoft Teams^®, Box^®, Google Drive™, OneNote^®, Notion^®, iCloud^®, ScanSnap Cloud, and more. Additionally, starting December 9, 2025, ScanSnap Home will support ARM-based Windows PCs for the iX2400, delivering a seamless scanning experience across all Windows devices, including those powered by ARM architecture.
