In her expanded role, London will oversee day-to-day operations across both industry and shareholder-facing functions, guiding TVC’s leadership team and advancing the organization’s mission to help independent veterinarians thrive.

Since joining TVC, London has been instrumental in forging and expanding relationships across the animal health industry. She has led the onboarding of more than 20 new partnerships and played a central role in developing strategies that strengthen TVC’s value to its nearly 4,000 member-owners nationwide. Her thoughtful negotiation style and collaborative approach have deepened trust with both industry partners and members.

“Kim represents the very best of what makes TVC special—strategic, steady, and deeply committed to our cooperative values,” said Nick McCart, President of The Veterinary Cooperative. “Her leadership has been essential to our success as we surpassed $75 million returned in rebates and profit back to our owners. I couldn’t be more confident in her ability to lead our team through this next chapter of growth.”

Dr. Ken Lambrecht, Chair of TVC’s Board of Directors and head of the New Partnership Selection Committee, also praised London’s promotion.

“I’ve seen firsthand Kim’s negotiation skills, tact, and professionalism in action,” said Dr. Lambrecht. “She consistently finds win-win outcomes that serve both our member-owners and our partners. Her leadership has been key to advancing TVC’s relationships and ensuring that every new agreement strengthens our cooperative community.”

As Vice President, London will continue to champion TVC’s cooperative principles—ownership, transparency, and partnership—as the organization builds on a decade of record growth and prepares for the next stage of innovation in the veterinary marketplace.
