RE-OPENING AND PRICING OF 1 3/4% INDEX-LINKED TREASURY GILT 2038 BY SYNDICATION
The UK Debt Management Office, jointly with the four lead managers, announces that the fixed re-offer price for the syndicated re-opening for GBP 4.25 billion (nominal) of 1 3/4% Index-linked Treasury Gilt 2038 (ISIN code GB00BMY62Z61) conducted today has now been set at 99.065, equivalent to a real yield of 1.8319% and a spread of 10.5 bps above that of the 1 1/8% Index-linked Treasury Gilt 2037 reference bond. Settlement of all allocations will be tomorrow, 13 November 2025, from which time the nominal amount of this gilt in issue will be GBP 9.75 billion.
