RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Universal Corporation (NYSE:UVV), a global business-to-business agriproducts company, announced today that its Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of eighty-two cents ($0.82) per share on the shares of the Company, payable February 2, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 12, 2026.
