CRH plc announces that today, 3rd November 2025, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 5,340 Ordinary Shares at a price of £25.55 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 38,303,110 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 670,080,189.
