BoldAge PACE Opens New Center in Crestwood, Illinois

CRESTWOOD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BoldAge PACE is pleased to announce the opening of its newest Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly center in Crestwood, Illinois. The new location expands access to coordinated medical and social support for older adults in Cook County who want to continue living safely and independently at home.

This opening represents an important step for families in the region. Local and state leaders, including the Mayor of Crestwood, Kevin Klein, and Representative Thaddeus Jones, have supported the expansion of the PACE model and the focus on community-based care. Their advocacy reflects a shared commitment to improving access to high quality care for older adults.

BoldAge PACE provides complete care that brings head-to-toe medical coverage, dental, vision, an activities center, in home support, and free rides into one coordinated program. Participants receive care from doctors, nurses, social workers, and physical therapists who work as one team to manage each person’s health and well-being. The program is designed for older adults who qualify for nursing home level of care but choose to remain in their own homes.

“PACE is a game changer in long term care and represents the future for our communities,” said Representative Jones. “I am proud to have worked with the BoldAge PACE team and Mayor Klein to bring this program to Crestwood. It will add real value and help save lives for Cook County residents.”

The center will be led by Executive Director Wanda Cooper, who brings twenty years of leadership experience in PACE programs. Her work has centered on helping older adults remain at home with the right support.

“I am honored to support the Crestwood team,” said Cooper. “Our goal is to help older adults maintain connection, comfort, and community with services that support their wellbeing. This center brings that to life for Cook County.”
