Conti Federal Awarded $97.3M Contract to Construct New Company Operations Facilities at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

Award Strengthens Conti Federal’s Presence and Ongoing Expansion in the Indo-Pacific

OAHU, Hawaii--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Conti Federal Services, a leading construction and design-build firm specializing in military construction and critical infrastructure for the U.S. federal government, has been awarded a $97.3M contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pacific Ocean Division, Honolulu District, to construct new Company Operations Facilities (COF) at South Range Schofield Barracks.

The design-bid-build (DBB) Military Construction (MILCON) project will deliver five new structures that support mission readiness and administrative operations for four companies and Troop Aid Station in the 225^th Brigade Support Battalion. The project will contribute to the consolidation of the 2^nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, at Schofield Barracks’ South Range.

The new Company Operations Facilities will provide a centralized space to support command and control functions, unit supply and equipment operations, maintenance and inspection activities, deployment readiness, and secure storage for high-value equipment. This includes construction of two Readiness Module buildings, two covered hardstands, and one administrative module building.
