MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--inDrive, the global mobility and urban-services platform, has appointed Jeri Doris as its first independent member of the Board of Directors.

Jeri Doris is Chief People Officer at New York-based Justworks, where she leads the People, Workplace, and DEIB teams. A certified executive coach and global HR leader, she has spent more than two decades helping organizations build inclusive, high-performing workplaces across almost every continent.

Before joining Justworks, Doris led people and culture teams at The Aspen Group, Delivery Hero, Rakuten, Groupon, Deloitte, and GE. She brings deep experience in people strategy, engagement, and organizational growth, and is a long-time advocate for mental health, women in leadership, and the future of work.

Doris will advise the Board and CEO on people and culture strategy, leadership development, and workforce wellbeing. She will help align talent priorities with long-term business goals, offer independent perspective and support inDrive’s commitment to building a fair, people-first organization.

“Jeri brings valuable experience in scaling sustainable people strategies and inclusive cultures – both essential as inDrive grows globally,” said Arsen Tomsky, Founder and CEO of inDrive. “Her independent perspective will strengthen our Board’s focus on people, culture, and governance.”

“I’m honored to join inDrive’s Board at such a pivotal moment,” said Jeri Doris. “The company’s mission to challenge injustice, and make global marketplaces more human and fair resonates deeply with me. I look forward to helping the team build inclusive, sustainable people practices.”

inDrive’s Board of Directors includes executive directors and observers representing shareholders. Doris’s appointment marks an important step in strengthening governance and aligning with global best practice.
