Yokley Entitlement Services Unveils Enhanced YES QuickCheck Assessment Report System

YES’ Unique Tool for Evaluating Land Deals Faster and More Affordably Ups the Due Diligence Ante with Political Intelligence Element

WAKE FOREST, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yokley Entitlement Services (YES), a land entitlement consulting firm offering a full suite of land project guidance services, has launched a newly enhanced version of its proprietary high-level screening report system, YES QuickCheck.

The new, enhanced YES QuickCheck platform elevates the entire due diligence process so that the unexpected and unknown aspects of a land deal are revealed.

The system, developed by YES founder and leading land entitlement expert Charlie Yokley, AICP, helps brokers and land owners, developers and investors swiftly and effectively decide whether a piece of land is worth pursuing prior to initiating potential investment. Now, in addition, the enhanced version of the platform can also provide actionable insights into local political environments.

Enhanced YES QuickCheck now provides YES clients with specific political intelligence (drawn from meeting records) about the names of key supporters to engage and what their relevant pain points and objectives are.

All curious developers or investors need to do is ask about the region where they wish to explore opportunities. The new QuickCheck system will provide a thorough due diligence analysis in less than two days – for about one-fifth the cost of market standard due diligence platforms and services.

Each report is tailored to the needs of the customer and contains zoning and land use intelligence; environmental data; utility availability; an estimated approval process overview; a projected timeline; a calculated “Go vs No-Go” summary recommendation; and now, political intelligence from the region that can be critical in the decision making process. Specific site selection criteria and opposition patterns to address are all part of the reports.

“The new, enhanced YES QuickCheck platform elevates the entire due diligence process so that the unexpected and unknown aspects of a land deal are revealed,” said Yokley. “This way, our customers don’t have to take uncalculated risks. Our platform enables the developer to engage in deals with a clear and prepared view of who, what, where and when to engage.”

Yokley added that “When you combine zoning ordinances (what’s allowed) with political records (what actually happens), you get something powerful. It’s exciting to be able to help provide clearer answers to the ‘What can I build here?’ question and predictive insights on what concessions will be needed to secure approvals.”
