“Karen is a proven leader who knows how to turn strong companies, like OfficeSpace, into category powerhouses,” said Erin Mulligan Helgren, CEO of OfficeSpace Software. “Her ability to drive growth while keeping customers at the center, in partnership with our already stellar Chief Revenue Officer, Yoni, is exactly what will help us scale our impact. We’ve created something extraordinary: an AI-powered platform that’s helping the world’s most innovative organizations, including OpenAI, Asana, and SiriusXM, create smarter, more connected workplaces. Karen and Yoni’s leadership will amplify that mission, empowering more adoption of our solutions to create environments where both people and performance thrive.”

Bucks previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at CentralReach, where she helped lead the company through massive growth, expanding its TAM and market share, strengthening its brand, and establishing it as the leader in Autism and IDD Care Software. Prior to CentralReach, she held a number of leadership and marketing positions at global software organizations including Thomson Reuters and iCIMS, where she helped accelerate growth, elevate brand leadership, and develop top-performing marketing teams.

Rouache joined OfficeSpace in 2023 as the Chief Sales Officer, leading a global revenue team of account executives, account managers, and solution engineers to drive high-growth revenue, GRR, and NRR. In this new role, he will take on more strategic revenue responsibilities to help expand the company’s footprint in its category.

“What drew me to OfficeSpace was its winning combination of a category-leading, AI-first platform that customers truly love and a mission with the power to meaningfully improve the employee experience for organizations around the world,” said Bucks. “We, as a workforce, spend more than half of our waking hours in the built world, yet trillions are lost every year to turnover and productivity gaps that could be redirected toward creating more supportive, engaging workplace experiences. OfficeSpace is uniquely positioned to help companies close that gap. The opportunity ahead is immense and it’s a privilege to join a company that’s not just transforming how we manage space, but how we elevate the human experience within it.”

“OfficeSpace is at such an exciting inflection point,” said Rouache. “The demand for intelligent, AI-driven workplace solutions has never been stronger, and we are leading this transformation. I’m thrilled to continue building on the incredible foundation our team has created, expanding our reach, deepening our customer partnerships, and driving the next phase of sustainable growth.”

This announcement comes at a time of accelerating innovation and expansion at OfficeSpace.
