LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OlivePoint Capital, a Los Angeles–based real estate investment firm, announced that it has closed a preferred equity investment in Bethany 303, a 136,000-square-foot shallow-bay industrial project located in Phoenix’s high-growth West Valley submarket.

Investment underscores OlivePoint Capital’s focus on high-conviction, supply-demand-driven industrial opportunities in key U.S. growth markets.

Bethany 303 is strategically positioned just north of the Loop 303 and I-10 interchange, offering exceptional visibility, access, and proximity to major logistics infrastructure, including Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, TSMC’s semiconductor facility, and the BNSF intermodal facility planned for nearby Wittmann. The project will feature two modern rear-load industrial buildings with suite sizes ranging from 4,500 to 18,000 square feet, catering to underserved small and mid-bay tenants seeking new-generation product with freeway frontage and modern logistics design.
